Drive thru Trick or Treat stations will be hosted by city partners and they'll pass out goodies for all the kiddos. Saddleback Church, the Westminster Family Resource Center and Westminster Mall are partnering to serve you and your family tomorrow between 9-11am. The event will be held in the parking lot between JCPenney and DSW. Saddleback Church will provide free food to those in need at this community Grocery Distribution. Come and get fresh produce, dairy products, bread, desserts, protein and canned goods - all in a format designed to keep you and your family healthy. Drive through, or walk through with a wagon, stroller or cart for us to fill up.
