Looking at his past designs, it becomes easy to see how colors, shapes, and overlapping objects are the very important factors for Michael Arata. Referring to the almost concept created by him where his work, over more than 10 years, is framed by the so-called Pet Spaces, Arata brings nothingness to life: making use of animated eyes and more vivid colors, the negative space present in models' photos is renamed, personified and transformed into objects of affection.
