Wellington Court HOA

Wellington Court Residents: If anyone knows which unit was having plumbing work done today, please message us. We are working on getting the hot water back on. If anyone in the future needs to turn the water off, this MUST be run through Long Beach Home Solutions first. Thank you and sorry for the lack of hot water this evening.

Reminder: The annual HOA meeting is this Thursday the 10th at 7:30 in the clubroom. Please plan on attending as we will be reviewing how to prepare for the Termite Tenting. The termite company will be available for questions for all residents (owners and renters) between 6:30-7:30 PM

New paint color scheme is up! Directly across from the elevator lobby on the 4th floor. We are very excited for this updated look!

WC Residents: The pool is currently under construction. Please do not enter the area while this takes place.

Reminder that the power to building will be off between 10 am and 2 PM today. Garage doors will not be in service during this time.

An open meeting of the Board of Directors of the Wellington Court Owners Association Inc will be held at 7:30 p.m. on April 12, 2018 in the Community Room Roof Level.
