We are fortunate to have ceramists who can handcraft and layer a beautiful feldspathic veneer. Lately the trends are pressable products, while this form of multi-layering is becoming a lost art.

Here’s one of many reasons we recommend using a surgical guide! This case arrived today at the lab, although we are not restoring this site where the implant was placed, we couldn’t help but bring awareness to the issue of placement. By using a surgical guide in most cases we can design and map out an ideal location that will be predictable and function properly. Wrapping up the week with this implant combination case. Material used a five unit zirconia layered bridge with pink tissue, and two single layered zirconia crowns. There was a lot of back and forth communication with the doctor to get her patient specific needs. Can’t wait for the post-ops, and patient feedback. Happy Friday!
