Wee Scotty

It is with great sadness that we are leaving San Francisco after 25 wonderful years. This year has brought many ups and downs, and Covid-19 has created many changes in personal life and in business. It is with a heavy heart that we have made the decision to leave San Francisco and open a Wee Scotty Sewing Boutique in Flagstaff, Arizona. We are so thankful for the amazing sewing community that we have built here, the creative sewists and our supportive customers. Lynne has bee...n sharing her creative expertise to sewing students for the past 25 years - she's seen beginner students start their sewing journey at Wee Scotty, study fashion in college, and enter the industry as designers, journalists, photographers and more! She's produced children's clothing lines, serviced brides, and altered countless pieces of clothing. This year has been one for the books, we moved to our new Sunset location in December 2019; and were able to keep running by designing and producing high quality face masks and providing sewing machines, fabric, and supplies during the pandemic sewing renaissance! We appreciate all of our customers (old & new) and all of our sewing students (who we hope will continue their sewing journeys!). We may be leaving San Francisco, but Wee Scotty will still be around! UPDATE: we've moved the times of our Under the Big Tent Studio sessions to 3:30-5:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Join us weekly for arts & craft classes at a discounted class package price, or just stop by for a drop in! Our fall classes this fall offer flexible scheduling for an unpredictable year :)

We are devastated to say goodbye to Snickels Gallagher. Snickels had a robust life full of adventure, not least of which was taking care of Wee Scotty- guarding the store, making friends with customers, and helping sewists get their projects done (and eat their popcorn!). Snickels was loved for 15 years by Lynne, Frank, and Leah; she brought smiles to all she met and will be dearly missed
