Today is World Toilet Day, a device to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. Without the toilet, life would be more difficult and some of you wouldn't be working at your current job. Plus, they add 20 years to life expectancy in countries where they aren't common. To help those less fortunate, consider resupplying your stack via us.whogivesacrap.org, which gives 50% of their profits toward building toilets for those without. And don't forget to give your toilet a pat of appreciation. You don't realize how much you love it until it quits working.

Much of protective equipment used by contractors, or by any trade involved with harmful substances, is the same as that needed by medical personnel in the current virus crisis. Employees at WQS and CSG have been very active in acquiring personal protective equipment for medical personnel. The hunt was triggered by a relative who is a doctor in Chicago and notified family that she was short of PPE. The first delivery was donated from the companies' own stock. After numerous ph...one calls to locate more, employees are going out of their way to collect donations from affiliated companies. More is being found daily. But on the first day the following was sent to Chicago: 75 N95 disposable masks 3 clear safety glasses 3 boxes of nitrile gloves 3 face shields with headbands 1 safety goggles 1 large respirator half face mask 1 small respirator half face mark 4 vapor respirator cartridges If you have any PPE that you wish to donate, contact WQS or CSG and we will make certain they are donated where needed. There are fewer than 25 employees total in WQS and CSG. If a company that small can make a difference, what could larger ones do?

I just learned it's World Toilet Day. Who knew? If you live in part of the world where a toilet is a luxury, it would be an important day. Who better to hear from than a company that donated half of its profits to build toilets where there are none? And we get to enjoy a toilet dance at the same time.

There are many reasons for a wastewater overflow, but this is the most disturbing ever.
