Can we all share a collective sigh that 2020 is finally coming to an end?! It's finally New Year's Eve!

Today is a wonderful day and provides us with the opportunity to love our loved ones, count our blessings and ponder the mysteries of the universe. May your Christmas be as special and wonderful as you are!

In appreciation for our staff, our offices will be closed (except for emergencies, of course!) from Thursday, December 24 through January 4, 2021. May your Holiday season be filled with all the people and things you love.

No one really likes to consider legislation during times of COVID, but the common interest development industry and all homeowner members are constantly impacted by legislative changes. We are honored to support this worthwhile Committee and thank our manager, Lisa Isaacson, PCAM for representing us.

Full moons can make all of us feel more sociable - so get out tonight and enjoy the Corn Moon. A Corn Moon only comes once every three years and is so named as this is generally the time of corn harvesting (!). What really matters is that full moons light up the sky and we can gaze....
