Dr. Mary Wickman, Professor and Director of the Nursing Department pictured here with a few students after today’s White Coat Ceremony, kicks off our new Facult...y Friday series. We recently caught up with her as she shared about how she first got into Nursing. She says, it was a leap pf faith, a calling from God that set me on a path that was challenging, rewarding, exciting, fulfilling, and diverse. It was the best decision I ever made. After graduating from Mount Saint Mary’s University in LA, she served as a Naval Officer for 21 years eventually retiring as a Captain.
