We had a most blessed time together in our recent full moon weekend retreat. The Art of Healthy and Blissful Living brought us together to fortify our lungs and nervous systems, enjoy outdoor time in the Sequoia’s doing forest bathing and trips to the local Hotsprings as well as the opportunity to learn more about the depth of this Yogic science. We are grateful for the group who showed up with and openness and authenticity. We will offer this retreat to an intimate group each month. We are grateful to be sharing our Art of Healthy and Blissful Living retreat with an intimate group over this 4th of July Full Moon weekend. We aim to offer this workshop every month, to an intimate group and at a special rate, in order to meet the financial and emotional concerns that many are experiencing. On the Summer Solstice we broke ground on a project to plant a Lavender Farm on this sacred land we inhabit and share here at Vedanta. It is one mans long time dream that we are all very eager to share in and cultivate. They have labored many days in the hot summer sun excavating the land by hand to infuse the project with connection and intention.
