RDL’s are my favorite hamstring exercise and I make all of my clients do them. This hip hinge is a hard thing for a lot of new people to get and usually the culprit of lower back pain when deadlifting and/or doing kettlebell bell swings but learning how to activate and use your glutes and hamstrings will be life changing for your movement, posture and big lifts

Covid times have forced us all to get a little more creative with gyms being closed. These chains are a great way to increase the weight without increasing the weight.
