After such a long shut-down, Voltage Esports Center is once again open!

Hello, everyone. I am very excited to now start offering open gaming on our computers here at Voltage Esports Center. We currently have 16 PCs set-up to play on, and we will be adding 6 more as soon as we can build more desks. We also have a console center set-up in which we have two 55 tv’s set-up to play on. We will be starting to put together some events soon on those for games such as Madden 2020, FIFA 2020, Mortal Kombat, and many more. Our current list of games to play... on is as followed: Anthem, Apex Legends, Battlefield V, Call of Duty: MW, Counter Strike: GO, Dead Space 3, Diablo 3, DOTA 2, FIFA 2020, Fortnite, HALO: Master Chief, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, League of Legends, Madden 2020, Magic: Gathering Arena, NFS Heat, Overwatch, Plants Vs. Zombies: Neighborville, PUBG, Roblox, Rocket Leauge, Jedi Fallen Order, StarCraft 2, Team Fortress 2, Sims 4, Rainbow Six: Siege, Warcraft 3, World of Warcraft. We are open Monday Friday, 2pm Late (meaning: 10pm, unless we have people here who want to stay later), and Saturday and Sunday, noon Late (same). We are asking $5.00 per hour, or $10.00 for 3 hours, or $20.00 for an all day pass.

The Murrieta Thunder will be competing in their first League of Legends tournament this Sunday. The event is called Clash. This event is hosted by Riot through their in-game platform. While the team will not be competing for a cash prize, they will have the opportunity to play in their first competition together since being formed earlier this month. I’m very excited to see how the team performs. It will give the team their first glance into their weaknesses and strengths.... While I’m sure the team will be solid with their support (Swamp) and Mid lanner (FinLup) roles, it’s hard to say if that will be enough to carry the other roles. The team has a multitude of different levels of experience to try and make work together. Whatever happens, it should be fun to watch. Hope to see you there...and remember February 23, 2020 will be Murrieta Thunders first Clash tournament.
