Hello Willow Glen, Our Studio Mission is to strengthen the children of our community physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We will be offering a FREE confidence workshop on Friday, February 16th from 6:30 - 7:30. We will cover 4 different strategies for boosting child confidence.... Previous or Current Martial Arts experience is not necessary. Appropriate for children 6 and above.
