Serving dishes and flavors you cannot find anywhere else! This weekends pasta special was a HUGE hit! Fresh penne pasta with a Gorgonzola creams sauce, toasted walnuts, panchetta, and fresh diced Fuji apples.

How do you beat this heat? A nice chilled white wine, and our carpaccio di manzo with truffles and Parmesan fonduta!
