Viejas Community & Public Relations

Viejas Team Members joined up with the San Diego Food Bank this past week, assisting in their efforts to distribute to those in need in our fair community. Our Team Members bagged and boxed more than 4 TONS of vegetables in a half hour!

Blessings for the New Year from Viejas. May 2015 be as fruitful as 2014. Look over what we were doing in the community last year. and keep in touch to see what we have planned for 2015.

The Viejas skating rink was the place where CYE's Council for Youth Empowerment held their annual Christmas cookie exchange and skate with a princess.event. This year they added the ugly Christmas sweater contest! The Miss California title holders were on hand tasting all the great cookies! Merry Christmas from CYE!

Thank you to The Central SD Black Chamber for the wonderful Community Award. I had a good time with Charista Toomer and Jennera, Carlette Lewis, and and our new friends from Union Bank. I loved the dancers from Bayview Baptist Church.
