Last night I didn’t post because I did yoga right before bed, which I am truly enjoying. Today’s practice had me remembering to be patient with my body and my practice because it will come, whether I was doing it months ago or something I’ve been working on for a while. #yogaeverydamnday #AllWeNeedIsJustaLittlePatience

Day 1 of 30 day challenge. A little Vinyasa to Chris Cornell and savasana to Patience, reminding me not only to be patience with my body but also my life. Can definitely tell I’m out of practice, my chatarungas need some work. #yogaeverydamnday #30DayChallenge
