MYTH OR FACT? The more in shape you are, the less you sweat. ... MYTH! Sweating is actually an important part of your workouts it keeps your body cool. As you get into better shape, your body will become even better at regulating your temperature and that means sweating MORE! Also, as you get in better shape, you are able to work out at higher intensities, producing even more heat for your body to disperse (i.e., more sweat!). The takeaway: don’t be freaked out by sweat.
