I'm sure that YOU are asking the number one question being asked in LA County: When will the gym reopen? It's AMAZING & MOTIVATING to know the demand is higher than ever before! The excitement, and desire to get back inside, is SPECTACULAR and heartwarming. I am writing to share a few things with YOU before I move my communication to email:... 1. YES. FunXional Fitness is absolutely reopening. 2. There are still a few things I have to iron out... this week. 3. Official and Specific details will be shared via email with members this week. This includes current and past members. 4. Because of State and Local Restrictions, the Club will operate in a limited capacity temporarily. PLEASE KEEP YOUR current Fitness and Workout routine until further notice. YOUR #STRENGTH, physically and mentally, are so important to me! I AM SUPER EXCITED about seeing people back in the gym! WE are all in this TOGETHER. As the Founder and CEO, I will always be on my mission to provide a clean and safe environment for each of us! I am committed to keeping FunXional Fitness healthy for my team, our members and our city of BURBANK. Our community is EVERYTHING to FunXional Fitness!... As I continue to monitor the growing concerns about the spread of COVID-19, and navigate through the information and changing guidelines being made available to us, I would like to share an update on how FunXional Fitness is responding. In order to do our part in the efforts to flatten the curve and impact of this virus, I have made the very difficult decision to close the operations of our club beginning Tuesday, March 17, and plan to reopen on March 31, 2020, with high hopes to re-open sooner! During this time, all FunXional Fitness employees (including service employees) will continue to be paid as to not interrupt their lives and to provide them the POM (Peace Of Mind) to focus on their wellbeing; as well as, the health and safety of their families. I will continue to actively monitor this complex and evolving situation. I promise to update you with any changes to our operating schedule. As a small and local business, my appreciation for your support and loyalty has no measure. It means the world to me and my team. And, more than ever during this unprecedented national emergency and global pandemic.
