My journey with Vibha began seven years ago when a neighbour introduced me to Dream Mile. Over the last seven years,I have gotten the opportunity to work with numerous organizations to provide volunteer opportunities, support local communities, collaborate with adult leadership, and to mentor and support my peers. I can’t help but look back fondly at the sense of family and belonging that Vibha has offered me, one that I never saw coming but now consider one of the best asp...ects of my high school career. We, at Vibha believe that moulding young minds with big dreams will give them the freedom to build a better future tomorrow. Aisha is one such girl with big dreams of becoming a doctor someday. But coming from a family struggling to make ends meet, education never seemed like an option. That’s when Vibha partnered CORP got to know about Aisha’s story and immediately jumped into action. The Community Outreach Programme (CORP) focuses on rehabilitating street children who lac...k access to food, shelter and basic education by helping them acquire education. Today, Aisha is happily enrolled in a school and is confidently working towards becoming a doctor someday. There are many girls like Aisha who need our help in getting access to basic education.
