National Veteran Support

I was referred to NVS for assistance with obtaining veteran benefits for my mother who was moving to a senior living home. At the time we applied for the benefit my mother was pretty healthy but had been diagnosed with a terrible joint disease. As the disease progressed she needed Assisted Living and the cost of her homecare increased from about 3500mo. to 7,400mo. The process was lengthy because the laws had changed after we applied for the benefits. Unfortunately, it took s...ome time for the VA to understand that we applied before the new laws took effect. It ultimately took about 2 years to receive the benefits but it was worth the time involved. We absolutely could NOT have done this alone. We had K. Endres helping to navigate the system which in my opinion is set up to discourage and delay payments to deserving VA spouses. Do NOT do this alone. Getting veterans benefits for an aging parent can be a very complicated process. The team at National Veteran Support make it possible to navigate the ins and outs of getting this well deserved benefit for our veterans. Kelly made a daunting en-devour very manageable as he provided instruction and guidance every step of the way I could never imagine going through this process on my own.
