Ventura High School Mens Cross Country

channel league meet #1 @ DP tomorrow. bus leaves at 1:30pm from ventura high school. you must be wearing VHS SC gear to get on the bus. ***VARSITY*** you will be wearing the tops that you received this year, same with the shorts and black spandex, wear flats if you have them. you guys said you are going for it...so lets go for it!

practice tomorrow is at camino real park @9am and mandatory
