Boy Scout Troop 225 in Camarillo has been donating to the rescue mission for 4 years! Thank you for providing warm socks that will be giving to the homeless and the men in our Life Recovery Program.

Wow, look at these super hygiene kits that were donated! These will be such a blessing to the homeless in our community.

Thank you Freedom 100 mentors from the Ventura Youth Correctional Facility in Camarillo, CA! Your donation of shoes and new socks will help support men and women in our community.

Thanks Bob Amstutz for your donation of boxers today! We appreciate the continued support of you and Kari over the years as volunteers in the kitchen and mentors to the men in the Life Recovery Program.

We are in need of boxers and socks for our Life Recovery Program men, many of whom come to us with only the clothes they are wearing! If you are able to help our men (like new arrival Jessie, shown here) with donations of large and extra-large boxers and socks, please contact our House Manager Ryan Gordon at 805-512-7645. Live Ventura County Rescue Mission

This past Friday, several men from our Life Recovery Program spent the afternoon over in Ventura serving the community by cleaning up trash and offering encouragement to those who might be in need of the services offered here at The Mission. It's incredibly inspiring to see their servant leadership in action. "And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds." Hebrews 10:24
