Density is increased while respecting the mostly single-family adjacent fabric, with a pedestrian muse and communal corner space carved out that preserves a piece of the site's past:

The Republic newspaper published a nice article discussing our selection as design architects for Ivy Tech's new Columbus campus building - we're excited to head back to Columbus later this month and kick off the project with the whole team!

We feel extremely honored to be selected as the design architect for Ivy Tech's new Columbus campus building (through an invited RFP process with sponsorship from the Cummins Foundation), and are thrilled to start working on this exciting project!

happy to have our drawing included recently in ArchDaily's Best Architecture Drawings of 2019. The drawing, called "Double Vision", was produced for the exhibition Drawing Codes: Experimental Protocols for Architectural Representation, Vol. II (exhibition traveling back to CCA this Spring).
