Have you made a voting plan yet? This year's ballot includes many important initiatives. Broadening the right to vote is critical; we want as many people as possible to participate, especially those who are often excluded. Below are the seven measures and propositions that VCH has taken an official stance on. For a more detailed breakdown of each one, please visit https://www.vchcorp.org//VCH-2020-Voter-Guide-General-Onli... This guide is not comprehensive, and we urge you to independently research the rest of the ballot. To check your voter registration status, click here: https://registertovote.ca.gov/
Have you registered to vote yet? The upcoming election includes a number of important initiatives that focus on systemic change. Vote YES on Measure J to invest in alternatives to incarceration, like housing and mental health.

COVID-19 has disproportionately harmed low-income people and communities of color. In Los Angeles, many of the businesses most at-risk are those in rapidly gentrifying neighborhoods, like Chinatown, Boyle Heights, and South L.A. Check out this article by the Washington Post highlighting some of the individuals fighting displacement in their neighborhoods: https://www.washingtonpost.com//ethnic-enclaves-gentrifi/
We are so grateful to LA2050 for giving VCH the opportunity to collaborate with eight talented artists on these beautiful murals.
