After the City of Pittsburg's Virtual Tree Lighting Ceremony, Black Diamond Ballet will be hosting a virtual interactive experience focused on their annual Nutcracker performance. This experience gives you a behind the scenes look at how the Nutcracker is rehearsed, produced, interviews with the dancers and performers, and footage from last year’s show. She has been a resident of Pittsburg since 1951 and is a faithful member of Faith Christian Worship Center. She has two children, 4 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. ... Have you noticed some of the park signs around town have received a new look? City Park, Lasater Park, California Season’s Park and Giacomelli Park are the first of Pittsburg’s parks to receive new signs with updated, sustainable landscape as part of the City’s Capital Improvement Plan project. Sustainable landscape is designed to be both attractive and in balance with local climate and environment and requires minimal resources. The design is functional, cost-efficient, visually pleasing, environmentally friendly, and maintainable. Be on the lookout for more updated park signs and sustainable landscape throughout the city!
