Patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer at our Adult Hematology + Oncology Clinic had some very special visitors yesterday from the Oxnard Police Department. A group of officers brought patients gift baskets to honor them + show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the international effort to raise awareness + funds for research. Big thanks to these local officers for bringing smiles! Don't forget to be proactive + be aware of signs--- get screened early! You can visit our website www.vchca.org/agency-divisions/ambulatory-care to find a doctor or a clinic.

It's as easy as lathering with soap and warm water and singing your favorite 20 second chorus. These days we are literally letting the germs go by humming Frozen's theme song "Let It Go". Share your favorite 20 seconds hand washing jam below!
