Hello Adaptive Sports Family, After careful consideration and out of an abundance of caution, the following programs will be cancelled in order to protect the health and safety of volunteers, participants and families who participate in our adaptive sports events and programs. We will update you all as soon as we can as to when we can start offering programming again: Track and Field practices- Clovis East High School... Rock Climbing Clinic (3/15/ 2020)- Metalmark Climbing and Fitness 9th Annual Evening of Possibility Fundraiser (3/ 28/ 2020)- Clovis Veterans Memorial District There are currently no confirmed cases of COVID-19 infections within the Valley Children's Healthcare network. All equipment is provided; please bring water and sunscreen. To RSVP-email [email protected] Clovis East is located on 2940 Leonard Avenue in Clovis. The best parking for the track is across from the tennis courts.... The final rock climbing clinic of the season is on March 15th! Join us from 10:30-12:30 pm at Metal Mark Climbing and Fitness. The climbing gym is located on 4042 E Cedar Avenue in Fresno. Snacks and water are provided for all volunteers. Please RSVP if you plan to attend. Our gala fundraiser, Evening of Possibility, is almost here! Be sure to snag your tickets and tables for this years event. Evening of Possibility will be held on Saturday, March 28th at 5:30 pm. Proceeds from the event go to fund all adaptive sports programming and events. Snag your tickets before the event sells out; you won't want to miss it! Attention all parents and athletes! Want to purchase adaptive sports equipment but worried about the funds to do so? Apply for a grant! Disabled Sports USA will award athletes up to 5000 towards purchase of any adaptive sports equipment. Happy Monday everyone! Here are the events for the week: The Fresno Wheelers will take a trip up to Stanford to play in the West Coast Conference Championship Tournament this weekend. Be sure to tune in to our Facebook Live for game updates and to cheer on the Wheelers!... Rock Climbing Clinic has been cancelled for February. Please be sure to sign up for our final clinic this season on March 15th from 10:30-12:30 at Metal Mark. Rock Climbing won't be back until October; be sure to come out to the March clinic!
