Learn about nutritio...us, affordable meal options and tips for eating healthy for the holidays. Classes are free and are designed for people 60 and older. All classes will be offered via Zoom or telephone. Calling all Ventura County schools! The VCAAA is extending a call to action to local schools for a Holiday Greetings Campaign aimed to reach older adults and pe...ople with disabilities. We are seeking Thanksgiving greeting cards that are handmade or premade by local students of all ages with a short holiday greeting written inside. Interested in participating? The VCAAA Senior Nutrition Garden has expanded to just over an acre of land in Oxnard, and produced nearly 30,000 pounds of produce in the last year.
