Two truths and one lie: a) at 18 years old, I could barley walk, stand, run from a bad knee condition b) I completed a half marathon last year c) I love eating in n out !!

Ask and you shall receive. I was touched by all the inquiries to continue classes! Last week was a time of rest and recharge, but I’m happy to announce that I’ll resume classes on Wednesday evenings! Check out the NEW time: 630pm-730pm. I have an on-going email thread with students, so email me if you’d like to get with the program!!

Here’s a photo that reminds me of my journey with the one studio that has changed my life: @bethechangeyoga. Coming fresh out of college with some major emotional baggage, trust issues, and a deep sense of loneliness inside I turned to my yoga practice and applied to teach through @sutrayogaschool with @lifeofjakubandsima. This period in my life brought many things up to the surface that we’re both challenging and scary. Nevertheless, by the end of the YTT I was able to lau...gh, play and goof around like the older self I knew. And now... for the last 2.5 years (!!) I’ve been able to share my heart through my classes and offer the moments of stillness and quiet that are so needed to keep moving forward.
