Red flag alert coming again for Monday - Tuesday. All we can be thankful for is we haven't had a fire emergency yet. But with OC blowing up and our local fire h...istory I suggest each horse person tag a friend or contact for trailering and relocation support. The most valuable emergency number is for VCAS 8053884258 for horses and farm animals. Come hell or high water they will be the ones to get through to you. Put their number on speed dial. Of course my truck is gassed up ready to go for those in need as well, please don't hesitate to reach out for help. See more

Some of our ranch forgotten team from the prunedale area were able to lend a hand at Wonder Wood ranch while the Valley View horses were sheltered there. Thanks folks!!

During evacuation. Some of Marlene’s Valley View Ranch Equine Rescue horses were lucky enough to be sheltered at Wonder Wood ranch in the Prunedale area of CA. far from fire, not out of reach of the smoke. The photos all have a cast from the smoke. Many people have been displaced and have lost homes, places for horses and more. We will fundraiser for local assistance, hay help and what we can do.
