Update on COVID-19

An Update from us on COVID-19 Greetings VIPS and Aspire Medispa family! We hope that you all are doing well and in good health. We are adapting to the schedule and planning to formally reopen our office to medispa and surgical patients on May 7, per the "shelter-in-place" order by Mayor Brand. We are also listening to our leaders on the state and federal level.... In addition to what is already in place for "universal precautions", we are stepping up our sanitary preparation to maintain a safe workplace for you and our staff by: 1. Implementing social distancing when not directly treating or examining a patient. 2. Placing "sneeze guards" (acrylic barriers) at the front check in/out counter. 3. Hand sanitizers placed throughout the office. 4. Offering masks to each patient. 5. Spacing clinic visits and limiting the number of patients in the office at one time. 6. Telemedicine or telehealth for HIPPA-compliant virtual consultations, text messaging, photo communication, follow-up appointments to improve communication in a more time-efficient manner. The Telehealth portal will allow a way for patients to get their concerns and questions answered without having to come into the office. As patients book their consultation or visits, they will receive an invite to download an app to their mobile device (iPhone, smartphone, tablet, iPad, etc.). This will save you time and decrease unnecessary exposure for your overall health and well-being. We are now open Monday-Thursday to book appointments or to pick up products. We are continuing to see patients on a limited basis until May 7. I’m here in Las Vegas doing what I enjoy the most-spending time with my family. I’m attending a 3-day symposium on facial aesthetics and rhinoplasty techniques from world-class faculty to perfect my craft. Usually what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas but I’m excited to bring what I learned back to Fresno to continue to provide the best results in the safest manner. See you when I get back!
