Thank you Lowe’s in Vallejo California for the donated N95 masks and Halloween items. They created a safe and beautiful ambience for our fundraiser at the community garden.

Thank you to all who came out to support us for our first Pop-Up Market. It was such a success that we are planning on having another Pop-Up Market next season. If you are interested in growing your own food during these crazy times, we have microgreen kits you can grow indoors. One of our volunteers call them ‘Survival Kits’ because they provide nutrient dense foods that you can grow indoors. We also have seeds that you can start for the upcoming season.

This is why we are having a Pop-Up Market...to raise funds for things like this: a broken irrigation line while weeding out the Bermuda grass. Ugh. On brighter note, we were gifted a dragon fruit which will be planted in a container far away from any Bermuda grass. @ Vallejo People's Garden
