Dear VACSF members and Friends, During these uncertain times, we can always look to our Heavenly Father. Even though we are separated physically, we can still gather spiritually, worshipping God and listening to His Word. If you can, please set a time with your family to have worship together this Sunday: ... - Have a person open in prayer, - Then sing along with the worship songs (English and/or Vietnamese) - Then listen to the sermon (English or Vietnamese) - And lastly, have another person pray to close. From Chi Tram... It is with great pain and sorrow that I bring you the sad news. My beloved mom passed away due to gallbladder cancer this past Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 7:15 am. After much pain and suffering, my mom is now at peace and resting in God’s embrace. She was 72 years old and is survived by two older sisters, one younger sister, one younger brother, one daughter, one son-in-law, one grandson, eleven nieces and nephews. She has always been adamant about a very priva...te cremation of her mortal remains, so there will be no viewings or burial ceremonies. However, we will be holding a short memorial for my mom 10:00 am on June 22, 2019 at San Francisco Vietnamese Alliance Church 1332 Vermont Street, San Francisco, CA 94110 Instead of flowers or donations, we would like to ask donations to be given to the church same address as above where my mom had found so much love and support during her walk with Christ right up to the end of her life. May God continue to bless you and yours.
