We are a great option for pre-health students who want to volunteer in a clinical setting and get some real hands-on medical experience. We are hosting a CPR training session this coming Saturday, 1/28 from 9-11am, location TBD. The training is for the American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and will cost $35/person if at least 15 people participate, $45 if fewer show up. You DO NOT have to be a current THV student to attend. However, you must pay the $35 beforehand. Options for payment may be selected on the sign-up form. For those of you who are new to THV, this program is a great option for pre-health students who are looking to volunteer in the hospital, develop a firmer understanding of the medical field as a whole, and learn with and from likeminded peers....
