I accepted a position at Cal State Fullerton as Dean of Library and moved my family out from Maine to So. California. I was searching for a special and unique home in Orange County that close to work and within my budget. I attended an open house in Santa Ana and met AREA Team (Larry Aguilar Sr. and Jr) there. I really liked the house, but didn’t feel I was ready to make an offer because our house in Maine had not closed yet. My wife was still in Maine and could not see th...e house so the AREA Team emailed my wife over 40 photos of the home so she was able to view the interior and exterior of the home and share in the decision to submit an offer. Larry and Larry encouraged me to make an offer and along with the professional lender, John Lamos, who was also at the open house, helped everything to come together pretty seamlessly.
