We never mind if a client wants to take on part of their project on their own, but when their sign guys leaves them hanging we will keep the project on schedule.

We are pretty sure the landfill has never looked cleaner. #uptownes #asphalt

Did you know we make and install our own traffic signs? If you need one let us know. We can place logos, use any font and have a ton of different colors to suit your needs.

A recent complete restoration, and this was an exciting high pace project. We were able to remove the damaged areas, put to use one of the best soil stabilization products available, grade, compact, repave and seal coat, all in less than a week.

Mountain paving. It's all down hill from here.

Took a short break from asphalt and installed some concrete this past week. We were able to get the water to drain the right direction and make things a little nicer than they were. Remember, estimates are always free.

Seamless asphalt repairs with no mess. We were onsite for about 30 minutes for this repair with no cutting, no dust, minimal noise, and most importantly, no disruption to the business or customers.

A couple recent projects. Crack repair and seal coat, striping, and a cored in sign that had been ran over.

A friend sent us these photos today. *REMEMBER* the low bid or lowest $$$ figure is not always the route to go when thinking long term (we did not bid on this project and do not even know where it is, it just looked like a good example). Besides the poor appearance, If you look close enough you can see that even with all that crack filling there are still open cracks, which means water intrusion, which will result in more fatigue cracking and more softening and movement of the subsurface. This area will be worse in three years than it is now, and this "work" has likely cost the owner 30-50% of what they could have paid for a full replacement (typically a 20-30 year lifecycle with minimal maintenance). Just food for thought.

We were a little too busy dodging Blackhawks, chasing our hats, and striping to get very many photos. But, we painted a few perfect circles and enjoyed doing something a little different. Don't forget, we offer free estimates on new asphalt installation, pavement overlays, repairs, and of course sealing and striping.
