First Seminar Tomorrow! Come join us at St. Joseph’s Medical Center for a food demonstration. The topic is oats.
Hi everyone! I hope everyone is staying safe from all the smoke that is going around but WE-Fit is having another fundraiser TODAY! It is all day from 10am-10pm. You must print the fliers as they won’t be accepting digital ones. Spread the word to your friends! I know there is no class for the rest of the week but if you’re still in the area, we would love for you guys to come out and show your support! Remember to bring your friends along and spread the word. Big shoutout to Mel for putting in the time and effort into organizing this for us!
Don’t forget to come out and support WE-Fit at our Deli Delicious Fundraiser from 10am-8pm tomorrow! Simply show this flyer upon purchase and a percentage of proceeds will go towards the WE-Fit Organization.
