Good morning everyone, Today is an important holiday. We remember with respect and appreciation those who served in our armed forces and with solemnity we acknowledge those who gave all. It is a celebration with an authentic bow to acceptance our freedoms require tempered determination to honor our democracy. This day ask for admiration of the many willing to fight to remain united despite individual differences among each of us. Happy Veterans Day!... Master Berry
Happy Father's Day to all our fathers out there! Although our Sabumnim is no longer physically present with us, we are thankful that he was and that his spirit remains beside us. He would remind us to start each day in prayer. A solemn reminder to always give thanks and so many of our problems are resolved by looking first to God. We miss you and honor you, Grandmaster Kang.

Remembering Grandmaster Myung Kyu Kang. It is hard to believe it has now been 7 years this day that we lost our Sabunim. He would want us to continually deepen our faith in God, to do great things with humility and thanks, and to appreciate what we have. There are countless lessons he taught us and wonderful memories we share of him. Let us take a moment to reflect on some of those lessons and memories. We miss you profoundly sir.
We are filled with thanks and honor those who have sacrificed.
