18 years ago today; on July 30th, 2002, a San Diego couple finally decided to act on their dream of making and selling America's Finest Baklava. They wanted to put smiles on everyone's faces from Sea to Shining Sea, one bite at a time. 18 years ago today Baklava King was officially formed and we received our very first Business License from the City of San Diego.
