United Playaz Annual Gun Buy Back, Saturday December 17, 2016 from 8am-12pm at the United Playaz Clubhouse 1038 Howard Street in SOMA! $100 for handguns, $200 for semi-automatic weapons, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Join UP on September 25th in solidarity with 250 other US cities as we host a FREE event as part of the "Concert Across America to End Gun Violence", a massive grassroots movement that coincides with the National Day of Remembrance of Murder Victims! The SF Concert will take place at Victoria Manalo Draves Park on Harrison between 7th and 8th from Noon-4. Come enjoy a family friendly show and join this important movement!

What many may not know is that it came directly from the interaction our UP family in the Bay and the Bronx had in going to Louisiana 10 years ago, helping the communities in wake of Hurricane Katrina. Over and over we were told, it wasn't FEMA who came to help, it wasn't our state emergency systems, it wasn't Red Cross...it was our community that banded together to save lives. The 'hood.
