Some important questions to ask when you're shopping for your orthodontist: what's included in the price? Sure the cost may look like a lot less than some, but there are always hidden fees. Will you be charged for each broken appliance at normal appointments? Are there extra charges for unscheduled or emergency visits. Does the cost include retainers? Hi all! June 15th is here! Even though much has changed within the state, the healthcare field still has protocols we must abide by per the CDC and CalOSHA: 1. Social distancing protocols must still be in place. This means if possible, please have just the patient come in for the appointment unless it is necessary to have an adult accompany. We know it's getting hot out and it's hard to stay in a vehicle, but unfortunately we must still limit how many are in our waiting room ...at any given time. 2. Masks are still required regardless of vaccination status. 3. We will still be doing screenings and taking temperatures upon arrival. 4. Our restrooms are open for emergency use only. Please use the facilities prior to entering the office. 5. Our brushing area will remained closed until we receive future guidance from CalOSHA.

Hi everyone! Thank you for all your patience as we have navigated our new phone installation and system over the past month. There have definitely been some growing pains, but in the end we are so happy with the results! For those who receive our e-blasts, you'll notice a new, simpler look and feel. Our new voicemail and electronic fax systems are up and working properly as of this morning. (Yay! No more fax and answering machines!) To keep up with the latest in healthcare of...fice technology, we will no longer be bombarding your phones with automated reminder calls! Our new system sends text and email reminders straight to you prior to your appointments. If you have multiple numbers on file (mom, dad and the kiddo have a phone, you'll all get the reminders. Halloween is not canceled! Our office will be again participating in the Auburn annual Safe Trick-or-Treat event on Friday, October 30th from 3-5 p.m. Please observe social distancing protocols. Hope to see you at this spoooooooooky event!

Due to required staggering of patients for social distancing, we cannot accommodate early or late arrivals.... 3. Please call from your vehicle when you arrive. This ensures we can have you enter the office with proper social distancing protocols to keep you, our other patients and our team healthy. 4. Lastly - if you have been around anyone with COVID-19, or you have symptoms congruous with the virus, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We are looking for an honest, efficient, detail oriented (and fun!) individual who would like to make a long-term career with us. Our practice is immersed in the Auburn community and enjoys sponsoring and participating in a variety of local events. Duties (to include but are not limited to): Assist during exams and procedures Sterilization and disinfecting of instruments and equipment Preparation of treatment areas Seating patients for treatment X-Rays Record findings and treatment information from appointments Appliance and equipment inventory and ordering Participate in office events General other duties: helping with the cleaning, making appoints and helping with phones when appropriate. *Customer Service!
