Mindful Mondays: Amid all the busy days, give yourself an hour to do nothing. Even though doing nothing may seem like a waste of time, it's worthwhile to reset your mind after mental and physical fatigue and it will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle your responsibilities afterwards!

The RA Training Program is excited to incorporate the new ways that UC San Diego is streamlining business processes campus-wide to our array of offerings. Because of these changes in the business processes and tools that you use, it is important that we take time to redesign the content that you’ll need to successfully perform your role as a research administrator. The implementation of the ESR Projects has brought new time commitments for our instructors. Putting a hold on ...the Spring 2019 Offering of the RA Training Program will allow our instructors and team to evaluate the changes as a result of the ESR projects. The necessary content updates will be incorporated in our Fall 2019 offering. During the interim, we are developing supplemental online materials that provide a basic understanding of the research administrator role, which we hope will provide meaningful content.
