The least we can do is try to show our spines some love and make a few easy changes to help our posture and feel better 1. Try to raise your laptop/monitor to eye level if you are looking down at it, this keeps our gaze on the horizontal and takes pressure off our neck. No stand needed, just use some old books to raise it up (you may need a wireless keyboard for the table if using ...a laptop). 2. As you are settling in to do some work or study at the computer, start off CORRECT!
