Epic mother's day at lake berryessa, 20+ trout to the boat only lost 2 fish...biggest trout was 22.5 inches @ 3.5lbs 4 others at 3lbs released Great bite in the morning with overcast skies, trout were smashing lures and going off on 40 to 50 yard runs just a awesome day for big fish. Had a guided trip on berryessa with my good friend Joe Allen and one of his sons Jake for a good outing out on the big pond....trout were on tap but it did get slow after 1030 am then picked one up here and there...ended with 11 trout to the boat released 2 and lost six trout landed ,3 bass and 1 crappie....Good clean grade of fish, all full of baby shad , the bite is good in the am so don't snooze in or you'll miss the action, especially on the weekend

Fished lake sonoma today on a guided trip , we got a good bite going go landlocked steelhead on rocky Mountain serpent spoons and speedy shiners in silver at 50 to 65ft then the speed bite died with the wind...slowed it down with 50/50 silver gold apexes with 50/50 silver and gold rmt dodgers and got them to go again. ..ended up with 11 steelie to the boat, kept 4 small ones for a pair of 2 fish limits, all other fish not pictured was released, our big 3.3lber was released as well...4 bass also made it to the net ....the bite should be good until winter time get on the Web site Twfishingguideservice.com and book a trip for some trophy landlocked steelhead trout
