July 23rd we took advantage of the wonderful Turlock weather during the fair to enjoy Lunch in the Park. Dr. Tom Watling continues to share his wisdom and love of Rotary.

Another successful transfer or leadership. We celebrated the leadership of Chris Nichols and look forward to the leadership of Jeron Brown. Great Food. Great weather. Truly special people.

We heard from Michael Lella. He shared a riveting account of his father's life. His father's story is detailed in the book "Beneath a Scarlet Sky: A Novel" - available in paperback now. There is also a movie planned.

We celebrated a wonderful evening of fellowship, great food, and generosity at our annual Garden Party. Much thanks to our gracious hosts John and Nelly Lazar - everything was perfect! .

Turlock Rotary is blessed to have two Interact clubs actively involved in our community. The Pitman High and Turlock High interact clubs have been very busy this year. We owe much of the success to our Interact liaison George Williams. Thanks George.
