Cooking class Sept 16, 2020 we will be making Honeys Candy Ingredients: 4 cups of roasted chopped almonds 2 cups of sugar ... 1 lb. Butter 1 bag of real chocolate chips Directions: Melt butter in a clean dry pot slowly so butter doesn't clarify Add sugar continuously stir with wooden spoon one direction until temperature is 310 degrees. Add 2 cups of almonds and continue stirring together. Put parchment paper on your mold and pour immediately before it cools spread on mold. After completely cooled melt your chocolate chips (we use a double boiler) cover your candy and sprinkle 1 cup almonds over chocolate, flip candy ready. set. eat!
