Please join us for this upcoming workshop: Learning To Decrease Anger Mondays and Thursdays November 2 - December 17... 6:00pm-7:30pm This 12-session workshop meets twice a week on Monday and Thursday evenings and will explore anger arousal and effective strategies for managing anger. (No classes the week of Thanksgiving) With the understanding that this strong emotion can be self-protective, but can also be harmful to others, we will explore different environments where anger arousal is activated such as the workplace, home - even in our cars.
