VTA is seeking public input on their Draft 2021 Transit Service Plan that will be approved by the Board in December and go into effect February 2021. Note: The current VTA COVID service is operating at 74% of Pre-COVID service. VTA is proposing three plans as it gradually restores service to Pre-COVID levels. Make sure your voice is heard! Help the City of San José plan for the future of San Fernando Street! San José is beginning to plan for the next evolution of San Fernando Street. In 2018, the street was redesigned with road paint and plastic posts. Learning from this interim design, the city has been awarded funding to add high quality, permanent upgrades in a future project. This could mean raised curbs and other permanent fixtures separating the bike lanes from the general travel lanes. This project will be constructed in 3 to 4 years from now.

ENHANCED ACE Train service is here The new schedule will provide an earlier departure at 6:05am from Stockton. The second morning westbound train at 9:15am will be connected to a northbound Amtrak San Joaquins train to provide service as a far south as Los Angeles.
