I was there again!!! Career Fair @ EHS People ask me why I do this. Why do you spend your time telling teenagers about real estate? They can’t buy property an...d they don’t really care what you have to say! Well... that’s exactly why I’m there! People don’t know how confused I was as a teenager. On the exterior I was smart, popular, talented and cute. But, I had self esteem issues. My parents hadn’t gone to college so to them entering college was a lofty goal. In our family, you graduated high school, got a good job and moved out! There was 6 of us! So I went to work. I made multiple attempts at college but just couldn’t finish. I worked very hard, earned a decent living doing what I hated for many years. In high school, I actually loved talking I loved politics. I loved helping people. I wanted to know all about money and how to earn as much of it as I could. I had no direction... Until I found my passion, working with families on the most important decision of their lives! So I took a leap of faith in God and myself and went for it. Now, as much as is within my grasp, I’d like to pass on my experience to this generation. In class I said There are no limits to what you can do! If you’re here today and don’t have a plan, it’s totally okay, let’s learn together and see if this field is for you.
