Here’s Coach David repping TSF! Going from athlete to coach has been an undeniable and unbelievable transformation. Blood makes you related, loyalty makes you family. Thank you for leading not just the martial art students but the Tribe athletes as well. Grateful to have you part of the Ohana! -Coach Brian Go
What a great turn out for our special sat yoga/sweat sesh! Miss Ally led the way with an awesome yoga flow that transitioned from move to move. It’s so important to keep mobility moving in our bodies and this was a nice way to bring it in the gym once a month. Stay tuned for next months double sesh! We loved @allyspencr!!! #tsfohana
Are you ready for 21.3 and 21.4 this Sunday?

There are no words to describe how proud we are of every athlete who accomplished the 1000 burpees challenge. Through the cramps, the hours, crying, and suffering, we made it happen. 1 Team 1 Tribe 1000 burpees. You are stronger than you think. There was some unbelievable take aways from this event. We you guys. with Krystal De Jesus Go-Williams and 19 others.

Unity is strength...when there is teamwork, and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved. -Mattie Stepanek
[MONDAY MOTIVATION!] Discipline is doing what needs to be done, even when you don’t want to do it! Crush your goals this week with a decision to commit and stay DISCIPLINED to your fitness journey! #TribeSFStrong #tsfohana Tanvi Vaidya

[Athlete Highlight] Before I joined TSF, I did not have a good track record for sticking with an exercise plan, and I felt like I was getting older every year, but not physically better. Now, as part of TSF, I WANT to go to the box so I can see my friends and work out with them, and I LOVE feeling stronger than ever before. Thanks to all the coaches and fellow athletes at TSF for your encouragement and camaraderie! #TribeSFStrong -Amy Hanson TSF Athlete
[Motivational Monday!!] Become the better version of yourself! It’s all starts with a decision, Tribe Ohana! Decide today that you want to be a stronger, healthier and more fit! Get your workouts in this week and let’s work! #TSFOhana #TribeSFStrong #TSFCoaches #BeBetter #StrongerTodayThanYesterday
[Athlete Highlight] Every day may not be a good day, but there are good moments in every day. Thank you TSF coaches and athletes for letting me start my day with good moments and helping me be a better version of myself each day. -Aravind Garakahalli TSF Athlete
[Athlete Highlight] What made me decide to get fit was to keep diabetes away from me because my dad had it, but the benefits I got in return was more than I can imagine! I gained a lot more self-confidence, motivation to always do my best, constant encouragement from all the coaches and athletes, a non-judgmental environment and awesome camaraderie! I achieved milestones I never thought possible. When I was at TSF my first year, everyone signed up for The Urbanathon Race except for me. I didn’t even give it a second thought to run it, thinking it was out of my reach. However, a year later, I successfully finished the Spartan trifecta, half marathon (ran all the way thru), hiked Mt. Everest base camp, and the list goes on. I am now a firm believer that Nothing is Impossible! -Ripal Patel TSF Athlete

It’s almost 2yrs! Working out at TSF is not just a thing anymore, but it’s become my lifestyle! The energy & enthusiasm after a great morning workout, converts into productivity at work, eating healthy & staying on top of things with kids & home. Recently, I was able to literally carry my Mom, help her around when she got very sick. This was physically impossible for me 2yrs ago! Now, that’s a LIFETIME PR for me!! Thank you TSF from the bottom of my heart! ... -Sugee Kannawadi #TSFOhana #TribeSFStrong See more
31 Heroes is who we fought and worked out for today. A smaller event than we’ve had in the past, but that wasn’t gonna stop this Tribe of 12 to represent our yearly tradition. Thank you for honoring those that have fallen and still fight for our freedoms everyday.
