Last Tuesday, I was able to get two (2) cases dismissed for a client. By doing so, this will open up a whole new world of employment for my client. This was a long hard fought battle. The court closures did not help either.

Last Friday, I received a decision from the court to keep a minor in juvenile court. This was a long, hard fought battle, with a great result.

Today was a first for me. I conducted a preliminary hearing via video. The results were fantastic. My client was NOT held to answer. Case dismissed!!!

I am pleased to announce that I just received national recognition for my advocacy.

On Monday, February 10, 2020, I was to start a trial for attempted murder. Upon arrival to court, the case was dismissed. Having done numerous trials, I have learned to always be prepared and ready to go.

Today I was able to get a case dismissed on behalf of my client. This was a long road and took a lot of work. The end result was great.

Great day today. Had a preliminary hearing this afternoon in Kings County. There were 3 felonies and 1 misdemeanor alleged in the complaint. After a hard fought battle, the defendants were not held to answer to the felonies. Great result!!!

Today was a fantastic day. I had a trial scheduled today. I have been preparing for today for some time. I was ready to go. We showed up this morning, confident and prepared. When we arrived, we spoke with opposing counsel to attempt one last solution. Well, we got it. We came to a fantastic resolution . . . Dismissal!!! A great result for a great client!!!

It happened again. After a lot of hard work, CASE DISMISSED!!!

Today I was able to help someone get their green card!!! It was a great day.
